Student policy
When signing your name on the application form you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of Dar Alforqan Al Mubeen:

• That all your information on the application forms are correct and up to date.
• During the free trial the teacher will assess your level, according to what you have written on your application form, if she feel that this is not correct, she will place you on a level that she feels is more suited to your ability.
• Payments have to be paid at least a month in advance. If you choose to pay for several months at one time, that is accepted as well. 
• When payment is coming to an end, you will be required to pay on the same day of your last lesson, again at least a month in advance in order to keep your place with the same day and time slot.
• If payments are not received, you will not receive a lesson.
• You will not be refunded for any lessons missed and you will not receive that time back.
• Students must arrive on time to lesson. A few minutes before you class starts, to not make the teacher wait.
• We will inform you if the teacher is unable teach for your session/ class for whatever reason.
• If a teacher is absent for any reason the student will receive that time back.
• If a student is late and/ or absent on several occasions, we will discontinue your lessons.
• when cancelling a class a student must  contact us by email before their payment ends stating that you wish to discontinue your class. A student will not receive a refund and should complete the lessons they have until payment is finished. 
• Students should Not contact teacher directly. All contact should be through administration/ support. 
• If a student asks the teacher any questions, please make sure it is Only to do with the subject.
• Students should ensure that they do not use a built in mic. Use a headset with attached mic.
• Any links given directly by the teacher should Not be shared and is Only for your use during lessons.
• Students should purchase all books required prior to first lesson (not including free trial).
• Homework that is given has to be completed on time, as it is for the students benefit in completing and if not it will slow down your progress.
• Good etiquettes will be practiced during class and towards the teacher.
• Students should not show any type of bad manners towards the teacher and should be patient. Any student not showing this, will be removed from the class and will Not be able to continue with Dar AlForqan Al Mubeen
